A defining feature of our team structure is our strong emphasis on research and innovation. Approximately 40% of our employees are dedicated to R&D functions such as optical engineering and data processing, including eight PhD holders. To date, we hold more than 140 patents and have published over 40 papers in internationally renowned journals.
